Delete your Roamly account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Roamly app, published on Google Play by The Roamly World Private Limited.

1. How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@roamly.world with the subject “Delete my Roamly account”.
  2. Include your name, the mobile number or email on your account, and your Hotel.
  3. We may verify your request before we act on it.
  4. We will confirm by email once your account is deleted, within 30 days of your request.

You can also ask your Hotel to remove you, after which we will delete your account.

2. What is deleted

  • your account: name, mobile number and email;
  • your settings and any join request you made.

3. What we keep
